Article 1. Who we are

These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by ZichtKlik and to every distance contract concluded between ZichtKlik and you as a customer.

Article 2. The offer

  1. All offers on the website are without obligation. ZichtKlik may change the offer.
  2. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered, including the price and the available versions (such as colour), so that you can make a proper assessment before you order.
  3. Images are as faithful a representation of the products offered as possible. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding on ZichtKlik.

Article 3. The contract

The contract is concluded at the moment you place an order and that order has been confirmed by ZichtKlik through an order confirmation by email.

Article 4. Price and payment

  1. All prices on the website are in euros and include VAT.
  2. Shipping costs are stated separately during the order process, before you complete your order.
  3. Payment is made through Shopify's secure checkout, using the payment methods offered there.

Article 5. Delivery

  1. ZichtKlik ships the products ordered after payment has been received.
  2. As soon as your order has been shipped, you receive a confirmation of this by email.
  3. The risk of damage to and/or loss of products rests with ZichtKlik until the moment of delivery, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Article 6. Right of withdrawal (cooling-off period)

  1. As a consumer you have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason (right of withdrawal), in accordance with the statutory rules for distance contracts.
  2. This cooling-off period starts on the day after you receive the product.
  3. During the cooling-off period you handle the product with care: you may unpack it and assess it as you would in a shop.
  4. Do you want to withdraw from the contract? Report this within the cooling-off period at zichtklik@gmail.com and then return the product as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 days of your notification.

Article 7. Conformity and warranty

  1. ZichtKlik warrants that the products comply with the contract, the specifications stated in the offer and the reasonable requirements of soundness.
  2. If a product turns out to have a defect that was already present on delivery, the statutory warranty applies. In that case please contact us at zichtklik@gmail.com.

Article 8. Complaints

Do you have a complaint about a product or about our service? Please report it at zichtklik@gmail.com. We respond to your report as soon as we can and aim to resolve complaints within a reasonable period.

Article 9. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to all contracts between ZichtKlik and customers.
