Refund policy

Returns period

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. This is the statutory cooling-off period for online purchases in the Netherlands.

Conditions

• Report your return within the cooling-off period at zichtklik@gmail.com, quoting your order number.
• Then return the product as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 days of your notification.
• Handle the product with care during the cooling-off period: you may assess it as you would in a shop, but excessive use may leave any loss of value at your expense.
• Please return the product in its original packaging where possible.

Returns process

1. Email zichtklik@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return (the latter is not compulsory).
2. You will receive a confirmation from us with instructions for sending your order back.
3. Return the product to the address given in that confirmation.

Return costs

The cost of returning a product is at your own expense, unless agreed otherwise with you.

Refund

Once we have received your notice of withdrawal, we refund the full purchase amount, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days. We may wait to refund until we have received the product back, or until you have shown that you have returned it, whichever comes first. Refunds are made using the same payment method you paid with, unless agreed otherwise.

Damaged or incorrect products

Did you receive a damaged product, or is your order not right? Please contact us at zichtklik@gmail.com. We are happy to put it right, for example with a replacement product or a refund.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly intended for you personally. This does not apply to ZichtKlik's current range.
